The Flinstones, Rudolph, and Frosty are in my top 13 too! And I haven't thought of Hong Kong Phooey in a zillion years. Wow!
What a fun list! I loved being reminded of Hong Kong Phooey---I remember him from the Sixties---and I love King of the Hill. Boomhauer is one of my favorite characters of all time.
Your post makes me realize I haven't watched cartoons in years. But I DO love Rudolph and Frosty and watch both of those specials each year. I own the Rudolph one on DVD.

My son-in-law is a Scooby Doo fanatic. He's raising his kids to love Scooby as well.
